BP Supports Culver El with Conditions

Conditions being that it remains affordable in perpetuity, and green space is improved. He also notes that it would be possible to negotiate an easement with the buyers of the 3 parking lots, that would stipulate that the space could be used by the neighborhood for recreation when not used by the community facilities.

Ron, I hope you were trying to be funny (BP). If so, good one! So the kids don’t get any green space, they only get permission to play in the parking lot in off hours.

Pathetic.

It all comes down to money and how much the developer can get away with. They will continue to build crap so long as Mr. BP is part of their team.Did anyone out there go to the hearing?
