Where do you buy your favorite Za’atar mix? Za’atar is a Middle Eastern dried spice mix that uses sesame seeds and sumac, among other versatile ingreients, and is often used on breads or in savory dishes.

      The new middle eastern grocery store on Church ave (between the polish and mexican grocery stores) has Zaatar and a lot of other great middle eastern products.

      I saw a mix at I&D on Ditmas, but have never used Za’tar.  Will have to try!

      Zaytoun’s za’atar is the best. Wholefoods and planet organic stock it.
